Unit Converter:
Accesses from the main menu Tools>Unit converter
Simply select the units to convert from in the top left hand box and the units to convert to in the top right hand box. Enter the decimal value to convert and the result is displayed on the label underneath the 'To' units.
Gas mark conversions below 1 (one) should not be relied on. These are some approximate values you can try: Gas Mark Fahrenheit Celcius
1/4 225 110
1/2 250 130
For fan assisted ovens reduce these values by between 20 to 40°C or 36 to 72°F as appropriate.
